Science of Cosmic Vibrations:
All that which we think, feel and imagine (good or bad) goes to cosmos as vibrations and draws attention of people and situations depending on the objective and the kind of signal it gives to cosmos. Unconsciously (unconscious of the repercussions) we emanate lot of unnecessary negative vibrations and attract unwanted situations and events in our life. Try to be conscious of your thoughts, feelings and imaginations and avoid sending wrong signals to cosmos. Life will attract only good things- Sri. Sadguru Rameshji Ji |

'I was having a problem with one of my colleague and used to always think bad of him. My relationship with him went on deteriorating. I remember, during that period, I used to be in lot of tension, suffered physical illness and developed strained relationship with my wife. After I changed my attitude and feelings towards my colleague I experienced lot of peace, improvement in health and better relationship with wife. His attitude also changed towards me and we have become good friends. I have realized the influencing power our feelings have in our life.

Entire creation is the manifestation of omnipresent dynamic energy and the energy is always flowing dynamically in everybody's life. Whenever the energy flow is disturbed (through wrong/violent behaviour) we get disturbance in life and if we allow the flow unhindered (positive behaviour) it flows back to us with natural peace and happiness. When we do good to others, think good of others, help others physically or mentally then the same energy flows back to us bringing similar goodness in our life. But if it is the other way round, then it brings pain, misery and sorrows.- Sri. Sadguru Rameshji Ji

THOUGHT FOR CONTEMPLATION |
Life is one of those races in nursery school where you have to run with a marble in a spoon and held in your mouth. Even though you race towards your goal yet you are careful that marble does not fall. Similarly in real life, while you race towards achieving your goals and create wealth you must ensure that your peace does not fall from your head. All your actions and reactions in life should be so carefully performed that the peace you are carrying within you, does not get disturbed. Your striving for wealth, name, fame or success in business or profession is worth only if there is harmony in your external actions and internal peace. If not, then your efforts are futile. This is the secret of complete and fulfilling living. - Sri. Sadguru Rameshji Ji

The recently concluded Christmas has much more significance than merely a day of religious celebrations.Though it is true that Christmas is celebrated as the day of the Birth of Christ into this world, yet it also symbolizes a very deep significant truth of the spiritual life. Jesus Christ is the very personification of Divinity. He was born at a time when ignorance, superstition, greed, hatred and hypocrisy prevailed all over the world. Purity was forgotten and morality was neglected. Human beings were trapped under the darkness of ignorance.
In that period human beings had no thought of God or higher spiritual life. They lived a life of lust, anger, greed, deluded attachment, pride and jealousy. For them to enter into a new life of spiritual aspiration, purity and devotion, the divine light had to manifest itself. This manifestation took place in the form of Christ. The birth of Christ is basically the birth of pure spirit in the hearts of people. That is the real Christmas when the Divine element begins to express itself in the heart of the man. From then onward, light begins to shine where darkness was before.
The life of Jesus Christ depicts that he is both human as well as God. He has himself gone through the whole of human experience, from the trivial irritations to the worst horrors of pain and humiliation, defeat, despair and death. Jesus is a great spiritual teacher and a compassionate lover of sinners too, a man who strives for peace and someone who understand humans better than anyone; the greatest man who ever lived, the great God who came to us.
Jesus signifies light of divine knowledge and his birth in the darkness of night signifies removal of darkness of ignorance by the light of knowledge. When the sinners crucified Him, He prayed for His tormentors, saying, "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do."
Thus
Jesus taught humans to forgive and forget and pray for the well being
of everybody including the ignorant enemies and trouble givers. Pure
unconditional love is the essence of his teachings.
Jesus Christ will not be happy just by celebrating Christmas with all the pomp and show, dance and drinks and distribution of gifts but will be happy if we follow what he has taught us. He has not taken birth to get recognition from human beings for his Godly status but for establishing Godliness in the hearts of human beings. Let us follow some these basic principles of His teachings so that we are proud to celebrate next year?s Christmas as a genuine son of the Divine Father.
1.
Serve all beings with equality and humility.

An old farmer lived on a farm in the mountains with his young grandson. Each morning, Grandpa was up early sitting at the kitchen table reading scriptures and visiting saints for spiritual knowledge.
His grandson wanted to be just like him and tried to imitate him in every way he could.
One day the grandson asked, "Grandpa! I try to read the Scriptures and listen to saints, just like you but I don't understand it, and what I do understand, I forget as soon as I close the book. What good does reading these Scriptures do?"
The Grandfather quietly turned from putting coal in the stove and replied, "Take this coal basket down to the river and bring me back a basket of water."
The boy did as he was told, but all the water leaked out before he got back to the house.
The grandfather laughed and said, "You'll have to move a little faster next time," and sent him back to the river with the basket to try again.
This time the boy ran faster, but again the basket was empty before he returned home. Out of breath, he told his grandfather that it was impossible to carry water in a basket, and he went to get a bucket instead.
The old man said, "I don't want a bucket of water; I want a basket of water. You're just not trying hard enough," and he went out the door to watch the boy try again.
At this point, the boy knew it was impossible, but he wanted to show his grandfather that even if he ran as fast as he could, the water would leak out before he got back to the house. The boy again dipped the basket into river and ran hard, but when he reached his grandfather the basket was again empty.
Out of breath, he said, "SEE…. it is useless!"
"So you think it is useless?" The old man said, "Look at the basket."
The boy looked at the basket and for the first time realized that the basket was different. It had been transformed from a dirty old coal basket and was now clean, inside and out.
"Son, that's what happens when you read the Scriptures or listen to enlightened saints. You might not understand or remember everything, but when you read scriptures and listen to saints, you will be changed, inside and out."

THOUGHT FOR CONTEMPLATION |
Christians across the world commemorate Jesus' arrest, trial, crucifixion and death as Good Friday and the following Sunday as Easter when Jesus resurrected i.e. when he rose again from the dead.Four spiritual aspects could be understood from crucifixion and resurrection and they are; 1.
Unconditional love Unconditional love
Forgiveness
Jesus prayed to God during his crucifixion, to forgive all those who had turned on Him and those who had carried out His execution. He prayed "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do"
Jesus actually spoke in their defense, and in doing so, proved in the most powerful way possible that He believed what He had taught: "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you."
Life
after death
The message here is that those who live a good and righteous life rise to go to heaven and those who lead a wrongful life would go to hell. One will reap what one would sow.
Power of Faith
Once Jesus sent his disciples ahead of him in a boat to cross the Sea of Galilee. Several hours later in the night, the disciples encountered a storm. Jesus comes to them, walking on the water. This terrifies the disciples and they think they are seeing a ghost. Jesus tells them, "Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid."
Peter replies, "Lord, if it's you, tell me to come to you on the water." So Jesus invites Peter to come. Peter gets out of the boat and begins walking toward Jesus. But when Peter takes his eyes off Jesus and realizes he is walking on the water, he begins to sink. Peter cries out to the Lord and Jesus immediately reaches out his hand and catches Peter.
The message in this particular incident is that till one is focused on God without Ego and with unshakeable faith, one is protected from difficulties of life but the moment one develops the ego of doership, one sinks in the ocean of the world. And only when one calls God for help, God rescues him.
If these four important spiritual aspects, learned through the life of Jesus, are practiced by anybody irrespective of one's faith and religion, one will lead a life full of peace, happiness and God realization. And they are (1) Unconditional Love (2) Forgiveness (3) Faith in God (4) Life after Death.

The recently concluded thanks giving day on 25th Nov has much more significance than what it literally means. Thanks giving started as a tradition to thank God for bestowing good harvest. This tradition gradually grew into thanking God for all the material and spiritual benefits provided. As time passed thanks giving further grew into a bigger tradition wherein family reunions took place and everybody, whoever had some contribution in an individual?s life, such as parents, siblings, relatives, friends, neighbors, colleagues and God, are thanked.
When we thank somebody and offer gratitude, for whatever reason, we basically get connected to higher level of consciousness as it :
1.
Lowers ones Ego
Ego, ‘I'ness and self centered pride etc are the lower forms of consciousness and surrender, thanks etc are higher forms of consciousness. At higher levels of consciousness we get connected to cosmic creative forces and attract things which are beneficial to us. At lower levels of consciousness we get things based on our actions and intellect, but at higher level of consciousness we get things based on cosmic plan, which is a beautiful well balanced plan, beyond what we can comprehend and imagine.
Manifestation of universe is a process of subtle invisible consciousness modifying itself into gross objects, things and beings. Cosmos has its own plan for a beautiful, joyful and harmonious universe but because of the interference of human intellect this plan gets disturbed. Disturbed cosmic plan causes disturbances in external as well as internal world thus making everyone suffer.
Getting connected to higher level of consciousness helps restore the original cosmic plan, if not for everyone, at least for all those who evolve to higher levels and thus they attract peace, joy and other material as well spiritual benefits.
This is the true secret of thanks giving. Let us all, from the deepest level of our heart, thank God, parents, brothers, sisters, relatives, friends, neighbors and all others for the known or unknown contribution they have made in our lives and made it an memorable experience. Let us seek the continuity of their grace and blessings. Let us forget and forgive all the unpleasant past events of life. Let us release intense vibrations of thanks through meditation and see its wonderful effect. Meditative Vibration is an effective language to communicate with the cosmic forces.
