Science of Cosmic vibrations

Date : 03 Dec 2007

Science of Cosmic Vibrations:
All that which we think, feel and imagine (good or bad) goes to cosmos as vibrations and draws attention of people and situations depending on the objective and the kind of signal it gives to cosmos. Unconsciously (unconscious of the repercussions) we emanate lot of unnecessary negative vibrations and attract unwanted situations and events in our life. Try to be conscious of your thoughts, feelings and imaginations and avoid sending wrong signals to cosmos. Life will attract only good things-
Sri. Sadguru Rameshji Ji

'I was having a problem with one of my colleague and used to always think bad of him. My relationship with him went on deteriorating. I remember, during that period, I used to be in lot of tension, suffered physical illness and developed strained relationship with my wife. After I changed my attitude and feelings towards my colleague I experienced lot of peace, improvement in health and better relationship with wife. His attitude also changed towards me and we have become good friends. I have realized the influencing power our feelings have in our life.

  Question and Answers

Q:When somebody insults us or hurts our feelings how can we not think ill about them and teach them a lesson?A: Teaching a lesson can only satisfy your ego but it would not bring any good thing in your life. The more you feel ill about others the more you get disturbed and your own vibrations hits back on you. Your relationship gets further strained and you attract unnecessary negativity of others. Ultimately you are only the loser. You lose peace, health, and precious moments of life and many opportunities of happiness which otherwise were waiting to enter your life

Science of Life Energy Flow

Date : 25 Oct 2008

Entire creation is the manifestation of omnipresent dynamic energy and the energy is always flowing dynamically in everybody's life. Whenever the energy flow is disturbed (through wrong/violent behaviour) we get disturbance in life and if we allow the flow unhindered (positive behaviour) it flows back to us with natural peace and happiness. When we do good to others, think good of others, help others physically or mentally then the same energy flows back to us bringing similar goodness in our life. But if it is the other way round, then it brings pain, misery and sorrows.- Sri. Sadguru Rameshji Ji

One day I was serving meals to my daughter's friend who was living in a hostel. Eating home made food she was very happy and emotionally joyful. Seeing her enjoy a thought came to my mind that, my son, who was in France at that time and feeling home sick, would also get food of his liking. Next day I got a mail from my son, who was so happy to share that the previous day he got Idlis (which is his favourite food) and felt good and at home. He was dying to eat Idlis and feeling home sick for so many days and that day it had so happened that he got Idlis. I could clearly see how feeding somebody's child made my son get his favourite food. This is what I think you were referring about positive life energy flow.

  Question and Answers

Q:My daughters are physically disabled. Is there anything special I can do to help them overcome difficulties in life?A:
(1) Try to give happiness to some physically disabled people by making them smile, giving food of their liking, entertaining them in some way or other.

(2) Offer Financial help to some physically disabled people.

(3) Help them get jobs and make them earn their livelihood.

(4) Help them restore their self esteem and make them feel proud of their existence.

(5) Visualize and pray for happiness of every disabled person in this world.

All these will help your daughters get happiness in life and mitigate their difficulties provided you do not perform these acts with any selfish interest. Positive life energy will flow at its own pace and at an appropriate time.

Secret of complete and fulfilling living?

Date : 08 Jan 2010

Life is one of those races in nursery school where you have to run with a marble in a spoon and held in your mouth. Even though you race towards your goal yet you are careful that marble does not fall. Similarly in real life, while you race towards achieving your goals and create wealth you must ensure that your peace does not fall from your head. All your actions and reactions in life should be so carefully performed that the peace you are carrying within you, does not get disturbed.

Your striving for wealth, name, fame or success in business or profession is worth only if there is harmony in your external actions and internal peace. If not, then your efforts are futile. This is the secret of complete and fulfilling living.

Significance of Christmas

Date : 30 Dec 2010

The recently concluded Christmas has much more significance than merely a day of religious celebrations.Though it is true that Christmas is celebrated as the day of the Birth of Christ into this world, yet it also symbolizes a very deep significant truth of the spiritual life. Jesus Christ is the very personification of Divinity. He was born at a time when ignorance, superstition, greed, hatred and hypocrisy prevailed all over the world. Purity was forgotten and morality was neglected. Human beings were trapped under the darkness of ignorance.

In that period human beings had no thought of God or higher spiritual life. They lived a life of lust, anger, greed, deluded attachment, pride and jealousy. For them to enter into a new life of spiritual aspiration, purity and devotion, the divine light had to manifest itself. This manifestation took place in the form of Christ. The birth of Christ is basically the birth of pure spirit in the hearts of people. That is the real Christmas when the Divine element begins to express itself in the heart of the man. From then onward, light begins to shine where darkness was before.

The life of Jesus Christ depicts that he is both human as well as God. He has himself gone through the whole of human experience, from the trivial irritations to the worst horrors of pain and humiliation, defeat, despair and death. Jesus is a great spiritual teacher and a compassionate lover of sinners too, a man who strives for peace and someone who understand humans better than anyone; the greatest man who ever lived, the great God who came to us.

Jesus signifies light of divine knowledge and his birth in the darkness of night signifies removal of darkness of ignorance by the light of knowledge. When the sinners crucified Him, He prayed for His tormentors, saying, "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do."

Thus Jesus taught humans to forgive and forget and pray for the well being of everybody including the ignorant enemies and trouble givers. Pure unconditional love is the essence of his teachings.
The sufferings of Jesus Christ are taken as an epitome of sacrifice a man can make for humanity. Crucifixion signifies that good will always prevail over evil however much one tries to kill it or suppress it. Even after the crucifixion of the physical body of Jesus, the divine power resurrected and remained alive.

Jesus Christ will not be happy just by celebrating Christmas with all the pomp and show, dance and drinks and distribution of gifts but will be happy if we follow what he has taught us. He has not taken birth to get recognition from human beings for his Godly status but for establishing Godliness in the hearts of human beings. Let us follow some these basic principles of His teachings so that we are proud to celebrate next year?s Christmas as a genuine son of the Divine Father.

1. Serve all beings with equality and humility.
2. Let unconditional love flow from the heart.
3. Forgive everybody, including enemies from the core of your heart.
4. Pray for everybody?s well being including trouble makers and pain givers.
5. Let sufferings do not disturb our inner peace.
6. Let the presence of God be felt in our heart and in every other heart with whom we deal.
7. Let our goodness not allowed to be killed or suppressed in any situation.
8. Accept every situation of life and death with open arms (as signified by the Cross).

Significance of Satsang (Listening to Saints)

An old farmer lived on a farm in the mountains with his young grandson. Each morning, Grandpa was up early sitting at the kitchen table reading scriptures and visiting saints for spiritual knowledge.

His grandson wanted to be just like him and tried to imitate him in every way he could.

One day the grandson asked, "Grandpa! I try to read the Scriptures and listen to saints, just like you but I don't understand it, and what I do understand, I forget as soon as I close the book. What good does reading these Scriptures do?"

The Grandfather quietly turned from putting coal in the stove and replied, "Take this coal basket down to the river and bring me back a basket of water."

The boy did as he was told, but all the water leaked out  before he got back to the house.

The grandfather laughed and said, "You'll have to move a little faster next time," and sent him back to the river with the basket to try again.

This time the boy ran faster, but again the basket was empty before he returned home. Out of breath, he told his grandfather that it was impossible to carry water in a basket, and he went to get a bucket instead.

The old man said, "I don't want a bucket of water; I want a basket of water. You're just not trying hard enough," and he went out the door to watch the boy try again.

At this point, the boy knew it was impossible, but he wanted to show his grandfather that even if he ran as fast as he could, the water would leak out before he got back to the house. The boy again dipped the basket into river and ran hard, but when he reached his grandfather the basket was again empty.

Out of breath, he said, "SEE…. it is useless!"

"So you think it is useless?" The old man said, "Look at the basket."

The boy looked at the basket and for the first time realized that the basket was different. It had been transformed from a dirty old coal basket and was now clean, inside and out.

"Son, that's what happens when you read the Scriptures or listen to enlightened saints. You might not understand or remember everything, but when you read scriptures and listen to saints, you will be changed, inside and out."

Spiritual significance of Good Friday and Easter

Date : 25 Apr 2011

Christians across the world commemorate Jesus' arrest, trial, crucifixion and death as Good Friday and the following Sunday as Easter when Jesus resurrected i.e. when he rose again from the dead.Four spiritual aspects could be understood from crucifixion and resurrection and they are;

1. Unconditional love
2. Forgiveness
3. Life after death
4. Power of Faith

Unconditional love

Jesus' unconditional love, selfless service and divine teachings made his followers realize the purpose of life, freedom from wrong notions and the existence of supreme divine God. He taught them that in spite of life containing happiness or sorrow, success or failure, riches or poverty, sickness or health, God has a purpose of your life and is interested in your life. His teachings and love cleansed the hearts of his followers. This cleansing freed his followers from their sins. The debt of these sins, he is considered to have unhesitatingly, taken upon himself through crucifixion. In spite of not doing anything wrong or committing any crime he took the highest punishment of sins on himself.

Jesus taught us to forgive all those who give us pain, troubles, losses, sorrows, as under ignorance they do not know what they are doing. When we forgive we get freed from the bondage of deeds (Karma) and thus get liberated from the cycle of birth, death and rebirth and unconscious revengeful acts.

Jesus prayed to God during his crucifixion, to forgive all those who had turned on Him and those who had carried out His execution. He prayed "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do"

Jesus actually spoke in their defense, and in doing so, proved in the most powerful way possible that He believed what He had taught: "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you."

Life after death
The resurrection of Jesus on Easter Sunday is to prove that there is life after death. He rose from the dead in his divine body to continue to serve and protect his followers. After death He transcended the limitations of the physical gross body, thus also transcending the natural laws of the world. He could make himself visible or invisible at any place at his own free will, walk on water, feed any number of hungry people to their full stomach even with small quantity of food and cure diseases with just a divine touch.

The message here is that those who live a good and righteous life rise to go to heaven and those who lead a wrongful life would go to hell. One will reap what one would sow.

Power of Faith

Once Jesus sent his disciples ahead of him in a boat to cross the Sea of Galilee. Several hours later in the night, the disciples encountered a storm. Jesus comes to them, walking on the water. This terrifies the disciples and they think they are seeing a ghost. Jesus tells them, "Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid."

Peter replies, "Lord, if it's you, tell me to come to you on the water." So Jesus invites Peter to come. Peter gets out of the boat and begins walking toward Jesus. But when Peter takes his eyes off Jesus and realizes he is walking on the water, he begins to sink. Peter cries out to the Lord and Jesus immediately reaches out his hand and catches Peter.

The message in this particular incident is that till one is focused on God without Ego and with unshakeable faith, one is protected from difficulties of life but the moment one develops the ego of doership, one sinks in the ocean of the world. And only when one calls God for help, God rescues him.

If these four important spiritual aspects, learned through the life of Jesus, are practiced by anybody irrespective of one's faith and religion, one will lead a life full of peace, happiness and God realization. And they are (1) Unconditional Love (2) Forgiveness (3) Faith in God (4) Life after Death.

Thanks Giving- a day of offering gratitude

Date : 01 Dec 2010

The recently concluded thanks giving day on 25th Nov has much more significance than what it literally means.

Thanks giving started as a tradition to thank God for bestowing good harvest. This tradition gradually grew into thanking God for all the material and spiritual benefits provided. As time passed thanks giving further grew into a bigger tradition wherein family reunions took place and everybody, whoever had some contribution in an individual?s life, such as parents, siblings, relatives, friends, neighbors, colleagues and God, are thanked.

When we thank somebody and offer gratitude, for whatever reason, we basically get connected to higher level of consciousness as it :

1. Lowers ones Ego
2. Recognizes others contribution
3. Emanates feeling of surrender
4. Helps focus on good aspects of life
5. Helps shed ‘I' and promotes ‘You'

Ego, ‘I'ness and self centered pride etc are the lower forms of consciousness and surrender, thanks etc are higher forms of consciousness. At higher levels of consciousness we get connected to cosmic creative forces and attract things which are beneficial to us. At lower levels of consciousness we get things based on our actions and intellect, but at higher level of consciousness we get things based on cosmic plan, which is a beautiful well balanced plan, beyond what we can comprehend and imagine.

Manifestation of universe is a process of subtle invisible consciousness modifying itself into gross objects, things and beings. Cosmos has its own plan for a beautiful, joyful and harmonious universe but because of the interference of human intellect this plan gets disturbed. Disturbed cosmic plan causes disturbances in external as well as internal world thus making everyone suffer.

Getting connected to higher level of consciousness helps restore the original cosmic plan, if not for everyone, at least for all those who evolve to higher levels and thus they attract peace, joy and other material as well spiritual benefits.

This is the true secret of thanks giving. Let us all, from the deepest level of our heart, thank God, parents, brothers, sisters, relatives, friends, neighbors and all others for the known or unknown contribution they have made in our lives and made it an memorable experience. Let us seek the continuity of their grace and blessings. Let us forget and forgive all the unpleasant past events of life. Let us release intense vibrations of thanks through meditation and see its wonderful effect. Meditative Vibration is an effective language to communicate with the cosmic forces.

The paradox of our time

It sounds really amazing that George Carlin – comedian of the 70′s and 80′s – could write something so very eloquent…and so very appropriate.

A Message by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgement, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness..

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We’ve learned how to make a living, but not a life. We’ve added years to life not life to years. We’ve been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbour. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We’ve done larger things, but not better things.

We’ve cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We’ve conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We’ve learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.

Relationship is not about holding hands while you understand each other……..!

It’s about having lots of misunderstanding

and still holding each other’s hands…..!
